Privacy Policy

What MyMOCEC stores, who can see it, how AI is used, and how to export or delete it.

DRAFT — revised 28 August 2026. These documents are drafts pending attorney review and are not final legal terms.

Who we are

  • MyMOCEC (Mind Over Chaos Equals Clarity) is the application operated by [OWNER TO CONFIRM LEGAL ENTITY]. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: legal entity name, business address, and country/state of registration].
  • Privacy questions: Chaos2clarityinc@gmail.com.

Accounts and sign-in

  • You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google.
  • When you sign in with Google, we receive only the basic profile information Google returns for sign-in — your email address, and where provided a name and profile image URL. We do not request or receive your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data.
  • We store your email address, an internal account identifier, and the display name, energy mode and focus areas you choose in the app. We never see or store your Google password.

What you create in the app

  • Clarity Audit answers and your Clarity Score; missions and completions; C.L.E.A.R. decisions; Exit Zone items and deadlines; Clarity Rhythms; multi-step projects; Purchase Pause entries; 7-Day Challenge and 30-Day Transformation progress; Before / After / Because transformations; MOCEC Vault entries; Impact data derived from the above; and MOCEC Coach conversations.
  • Photos you upload (including Before and After photos and MOCEC Vault images) are stored in a private storage bucket and are only viewable through short-lived links generated for your own session.
  • Your records are private to your account. Database row-level security restricts every table to the account that created the row. Staff access is limited to what is necessary to operate the service or respond to a support request you send us.

Share Cards

  • Share Cards are created only when you explicitly choose to make one. They are drawn on your own device and are not uploaded to us or published anywhere by the app.
  • A Share Card contains the text you chose (title, area and your 'because' reflection) and, if you leave the setting on, a small MyMOCEC mark. Your before/after photos are not included by default.
  • Once you save or send a card yourself, where it goes and who sees it is outside our control.

MOCEC Coach

  • The MOCEC Coach is a MOCEC+ feature. It is generated by an AI model provided through the Lovable AI Gateway (currently Google Gemini). Your question is sent to that provider to produce a reply.
  • Alongside your question, the app sends a short summary of your own account activity so the reply is specific: your energy mode, focus areas, clarity-day count, counts of completed missions, C.L.E.A.R. decisions and purchase pauses, titles of up to five open Exit Zone items, names and statuses of up to ten projects, and your challenge/30-day completion counts. No photos, no MOCEC Vault contents, and no other person's data are ever included.
  • Settings includes a 'Personalized coaching' control under Personalization & privacy. When it is on, a short summary of your own account activity (energy mode, focus areas, clarity days, counts of completed missions, C.L.E.A.R. decisions and purchase pauses, open Exit Zone item titles, project names and statuses, and challenge/30-day progress) is sent with your question so the reply fits your situation. When it is off, none of that summary is sent — only the message you type. If the setting cannot be read for any reason, the Coach treats it as off. Your photos and MOCEC Vault entries are never sent to the AI provider in either case.
  • Coach conversations are stored on your account so you can revisit them. Coach replies are guidance only — not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or therapeutic advice.

Analytics

  • We record a small set of product-usage events in our own database to understand how the app is used — for example: landing page viewed, sign-up started or completed, audit started or completed, first mission started or completed, first C.L.E.A.R. decision, challenge started or completed, upgrade screen viewed, checkout started, subscription started or canceled, project created, 'because' recorded, share card created, shop viewed, product clicked, and coach asked.
  • Each event stores the event name, the time, your account identifier, and small non-identifying properties. It does not store the text of your notes, reflections, decisions, Coach questions or photos.
  • We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-site tracking, or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data.

Payments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as our payment processor and handles your card details directly. [OWNER TO CONFIRM LEGAL ENTITY] never receives or stores your card number.
  • We store the subscription record Stripe reports back to us: status, plan identifier, current period end, cancellation flag and a Stripe customer identifier, plus records of any one-time digital products you own.
  • Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Your controls

  • Export: download a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Export my data.
  • Delete: Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account, your content and your photos. If you have an active MOCEC+ subscription, it is canceled with Stripe first so billing stops. Deletion cannot be undone.
  • Correct or change anything you have entered directly in the app at any time.
  • Retention: we keep your account information for as long as your account is active. After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify the application data you control from our active systems within 30 days, except records we reasonably need to keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, chargeback or payment/accounting obligations. Copies may remain in routine backups for a short time before those backups age out on their normal cycle.
  • Requests or questions: Chaos2clarityinc@gmail.com. [OWNER TO CONFIRM with an attorney: whether regional privacy rights notices (e.g. UK/EU GDPR, California) apply to your customer base.]
