The agreement for using MyMOCEC, including its 7-day trial and monthly membership.

The agreement

These terms are between you and MOCEC Ventures LLC, the operator of the MyMOCEC application. MOCEC Ventures LLC is a limited liability company formed in Alabama, United States. Registered office: 212 W Troy St Ste B, Dothan, AL 36303, United States. This is a registered office address only — customer support is handled by email.
By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Purchases & Billing page.

New users receive 7 days of full MyMOCEC access with no card required. The trial does not automatically charge you. After it ends, continued app access is $4.99/month, cancel anytime.
If you do not continue, your saved scans, rooms and progress remain associated with your account. Access to membership features resumes when an eligible membership is restored.

MyMOCEC is a general-audience service intended for people aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to register an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close it and delete the associated data.
Where the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for digital consent, that age applies to you.

MyMOCEC is a personal decluttering and clarity system. You are responsible for the content you add and for every decision you make about your possessions, including what you discard, donate, sell or keep.
Keep your account credentials secure. Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service for anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of everything you create in MyMOCEC — your notes, reflections, transformations and photos.
You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you as part of running the service. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it to advertise to other people.

MyMOCEC and the MOCEC Coach provide practical organising guidance only. They do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Coach replies are AI-generated and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not instructions.
Always follow the safety rules that apply to your situation — for example when lifting heavy items, handling hazardous materials, or dealing with wildlife or pests. Call a qualified professional when a task calls for one.

The From Chaos to Clarity — 2026 Master Edition is a one-time $14.99 42-page digital PDF + complete MP3 audiobook, sold and delivered through the MyMOCEC Shop on Shopify. There is no physical shipment.
When you choose to buy, you leave MyMOCEC and complete the purchase in the MyMOCEC Shop. The shop's own terms, refund policy and checkout disclosures govern that transaction, and its receipt and download are how you receive the file.

This is early-access software. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and features may change as the product develops.
We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can close your own account at any time in Settings.

If something goes wrong, email mocecventuresllc@gmail.com with your account email and a short description. We aim to resolve problems in good faith and directly, and we will tell you what we can and cannot do.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
