How cancellation and refunds work for MyMOCEC membership and the digital bundle.

What this covers

MyMOCEC membership is $4.99/month after the 7-day trial. You can cancel anytime from Manage Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. You can delete your account separately in Settings.
The From Chaos to Clarity — 2026 Master Edition is a one-time $14.99 42-page digital PDF + complete MP3 audiobook, sold and delivered through the MyMOCEC Shop on Shopify. There is no physical shipment.

Digital products

Because the e-book is delivered digitally and is available immediately, it is generally not returnable once it has been delivered or accessed — except where a refund is required by law, or where the file is defective, inaccessible, or not as described.
If something is wrong with your file, contact us promptly and we will work with the shop to fix it or arrange a refund.

How to ask for help with an order

Email mocecventuresllc@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your MyMOCEC Shop order number and what went wrong.
Never send card numbers, security codes or bank details by email. We never need them, and we will never ask for them.

Which policy controls the transaction

The refund policy displayed in the MyMOCEC Shop at checkout is the policy that governs your purchase, because the shop processes and delivers the order.
Nothing on this page limits legal rights you have that cannot be waived.
