Refunds & Cancellations
How cancelling works, and when a refund is available.
Effective date: [OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: effective date — set when these terms are finalised]. Last drafted 28 August 2026.
Draft — not yet in force
DRAFT — OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH. This document still contains unresolved owner facts and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is not yet in force.
Cancelling MOCEC+
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not immediately end access: MOCEC+ stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the account returns to Free after that date.
- Your content is never deleted when MOCEC+ ends. MOCEC+ areas lock and free limits apply again; everything returns in full if you resubscribe.
Subscription refunds
- Cancelling does not automatically refund a period you have already paid for, because access continues for the rest of that period.
- We do review subscription refund requests individually — in particular duplicate charges, billing errors, charges you did not authorise, and service failures.
One-time digital products
- Digital products (e-books, workbooks, printables) are delivered instantly to your account and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by law or where one of the situations below applies.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed individually.
- A digital product that is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described — and that support cannot reasonably resolve — is eligible for a refund.
Your rights under local law
- Where the law where you live gives you a statutory right to cancel or to a refund, that law applies and overrides this policy. Nothing here is intended to remove a right you cannot waive.
- [OWNER ACTION REQUIRED — confirm with an attorney which statutory cancellation and refund rights apply to your customers, particularly outside the United States, and whether a digital-content 'immediate access' waiver must be presented at checkout.]
How to request a refund
- Email chaos2clarityinc@gmail.com from your account email address, with the date of the charge and what you bought. We do not need your card details.
- Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to the original payment method. How quickly it appears is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
