Get help

Email mocecventuresllc@gmail.com with your account email and a short description of what happened. Support is by email only.

This is a registered office address only — customer support is handled by email. Please do not visit the registered office for support — email reaches us fastest.

App and account help

Tell us the page or feature involved, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account so we can confirm it is you. We will never ask for your password.

Your data

Export a copy of everything on your account from Settings → Export my data.
Delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your account, progress and photos. If you'd rather we do it, email us from your account email.

E-book order help

The e-book is sold and delivered by the MyMOCEC Shop, so order questions — receipts, missing downloads, refunds — need your shop order number.
Email mocecventuresllc@gmail.com with that order number and the email you used at checkout. Never include card details.

AI disclosure

The MOCEC Coach is AI-generated. When 'Personalized coaching' is on in Settings it also uses a summary of your own account activity; when it is off, only the message you type is sent. It can be wrong. Treat its suggestions as a starting point, not instructions, and never as medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
